Attending support group meetings is important for long term success.
Our support group is designed to help people deal with some of the problems they may face as they lose weight. These may be dietary, social and possibly cosmetic. Change is inevitable. The way in which others perceive you will change as well. We strive to provide an environment where people with similar problems or issues will feel free share and learn from each other. Our support group is a safe place that you can receive support, ideas, care and concern from your peers without being judged. As a result, wonderful relationships are often formed.
