Obesity surgery may be covered by your insurance, but usually requires pre-authorization.
Our office staff will assist you in gaining this authorization and meeting any
criteria required by your insurance. Please note this process may take up to
90 days. If insurance coverage is not available, we provide options for self-payment.
All financial requirements will be reviewed in full with you during your initial
